Electric Slurry Pump Suction High Pressure ZGB Centrifugal Slurry Pump 

LongTeng ZGB slurry pump is a single-stage, single suction and centrifugal slurry pump designed by our factory. ZGB(P) slurry pumps is horizontal cantilever single-stage, single-suction, double-case and high head of delivery centrifugal slurry pump.
Series ZGB(P) UP-to-date generation Slurry Pump with large capacity, high head, multi-stages in series to remove ash & sludge and to deliver liquid-solids mixture. The series of pump has the advantages of reasonable construction, high efficiency, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
ZGB(P) series slurry pump can adopt three shaft seals: auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal, packing seal and mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller power seal: the auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and the packing or lip seal ring as the parking seal
seal up. When the positive pressure at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure, the single-stage pump or multi-stage series pump adopts this sealing form.
(2) Packing seal is a common form of shaft seal, which is suitable for various working conditions and can match with special packing such as tetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing
Material, which can be used under abrasive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance.
(3) Mechanical seal: advanced sealing technology is adopted, with good sealing effect. The container structure makes the installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural shapes
It can adapt to different working conditions. The friction pair is made of high hardness ceramic or alloy materials, and the design and coordination of mechanical seal and sealing box comply with the medium flow

6.The materials of wet parts had the good performance of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion, the pump can be used for seawater ash-removing to prevent it from the corrosion of sweater, salt and mist ,and electrochemical corrosion.
7.The pump can be operated in series with multi-stage within permissible pressure . the permissible maximum working pressure is 3.6 Mpa .
8.The series of pump has the advantage of reasonable construction , high efficiency, reliable operation and easy maintenance. It can be widely used for handling the mixture contained of abrasive and corrosive solids in electric power, metallurgy ,mine, coal, constructional material and chemical industry departments especial for removing ash and sludge in electric power station.

Pump Driven Type
DC Type: The output shaft of a motor is directly connected to the input shaft of a pump via a pump coupler. This type of connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as that of the motor. 

CV Type: The pump is driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine. This way of connection allows for saving space, easy installation, and fast adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is fixed to the motor support frame which is located on the bearing support above the slurry pump. 

ZV Type: Another type of belt drive that allows easy adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is directly fixed to the bearing support. Due to the installation of motor onto the bearing support, this method helps save installation space. 

CR Type: This type of belt drive makes it easier to adjust pumping speed. The installation allows both the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground. The motor is installed to the side of the pump. This installation method is suitable for large-power motors.
