LongTeng Slurry pumps are centrifugal pumps, they are designed for pumping highly abrasive and high density slurry. 
These slurries are thick, viscous fluids that contain particles, which are hard to pump with traditional process chemical or water pumps.Under this situation, our heavy-duty slurry pump is used to do the work.
LongTeng Slurry Pumps are widely used in various industrial sites,such as mining,mineral,metallurgy processing, dredging,
de-watering, water treatment, coal washing, mill, cyclone feed, tailing, power, building material etc.

Slurry Pump Features:

1.Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber liners and impellers, long service life time. 
2. Easily maintenance,casing and each wear parts can be removed completely when maintaining. 
3. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication. 
4. Seal types: Packing seal, Expeller seal and Mechanical seal. 
5. Discharge direction can be installed at intervals of 45 degrees as request and oriented to any eight positions to suit applications.

Referring to the performance curves of the pump the selected capacity range should be as follows:
Pump Type M, SH: 40-80% for higher density, strong abrasive slurry
                               40-80% for medium density, medium abrasive slurry
                               40-120% for lower density, lower abrasive slurry
