Slurry Pump End-Suction Split-Case Horizontal Centrifugal HH High Head Slurry Pumps
LongTeng HH series were designed to produce high heads per stage at high pressures. commonly used for long distance transport lines, the HH lines can often satisfy application duties with a single pump where others require multiple pumps.the range is capable of handling medium size particles and pumping at heads in excess of 90 meters per stage.
This series pumps are available in three seal forms:
(1) Auxiliary impeller power seal: the auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and the packing or lip seal ring as the parking seal
seal up. When the positive pressure at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure, the single-stage pump or multi-stage series pump adopts this sealing form.
(2) Packing seal is a common form of shaft seal, which is suitable for various working conditions and can match with special packing such as tetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing
Material, which can be used under abrasive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance.
(3) Mechanical seal: advanced sealing technology is adopted, with good sealing effect. The container structure makes the installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural shapes
It can adapt to different working conditions. The friction pair is made of high hardness ceramic or alloy materials, and the design and coordination of mechanical seal and sealing box comply with the medium flow
Dynamic state, so it has high wear resistance and earthquake resistance, and can satisfy customers under various working conditions.
Design Features:
1. Bearing assembly - a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
2. Volute Liners - easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and east of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure moulded elastomer.
3. Elastomer seal rings back all liner joints.
4.Pump casing - Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
5. Impeller-front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and moulded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable.
6. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.
7. Throatbush - wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
8. One-piece frame - a very robust one-piece frame cradles the cartridge type bearing and shaft assembly.
9. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.

Pump Driven Type
DC Type: The output shaft of a motor is directly connected to the input shaft of a pump via a pump coupler. This type of connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as that of the motor.
CV Type: The pump is driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine. This way of connection allows for saving space, easy installation, and fast adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is fixed to the motor support frame which is located on the bearing support above the slurry pump.
ZV Type: Another type of belt drive that allows easy adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is directly fixed to the bearing support. This way of installation is suitable for motors with larger horsepower than is possible with CV type of installation. Due to the installation of motor onto the bearing support, this method helps save installation space.
CR Type: This type of belt drive makes it easier to adjust pumping speed. The installation allows both the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground. The motor is installed to the side of the pump. This installation method is suitable for large-power motors.
