LongTeng ZJ slurry pump is a single-stage, single suction and centrifugal slurry pump designed by our factory. The overflow parts of this series of slurry pump are made of high hard alloy cast iron, which has high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, so as to improve the service life of the pump. According to the structure, the pump can be divided into horizontal (ZJ Series) and vertical (ZJL Series). According to the outlet diameter, the horizontal pump is divided into 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications; The pump of each specification and diameter has different impeller diameter according to different head. The pump is applicable to electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industrial industries. It is mainly used to transport abrasive slurry containing solid particles, such as concentrate and tailings treated by concentrator, ash removal of power plant, coal slime and dense medium coal preparation transported by concentrator, ore slurry transported by coastal river mining operation, etc. The weight upper limit concentration of slurry that can be treated is 45% of mortar and 60% of ore pulp; The transmission mode can adopt direct connection, belt, hydraulic, frequency conversion speed regulation and other forms, and can also operate in series or parallel according to the needs of customers.
Sealing form:
ZJ series slurry pump can adopt three shaft seals: auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal, packing seal and mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller power seal: the auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and the packing or lip seal ring as the parking seal
seal up. When the positive pressure at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure, the single-stage pump or multi-stage series pump adopts this sealing form.
(2) Packing seal is a common form of shaft seal, which is suitable for various working conditions and can match with special packing such as tetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing

Features of pump body mechanism:
The pump body adopts inner and outer double-layer metal structure.
the pump casing is vertically split.
The water outlet shall be installed and used at eight different positions at an interval of 45 degrees.

Pump Driven Type
